Jordan M. Jewkes
Attorney at Law
At the beginning of his legal career, Jordan defended insurance companies against customers suing for a higher claim payout. That experience gave him extensive knowledge and insights into the methods used by insurance companies to minimize or deny claims, which he now uses to his clients’ advantage in their pursuit of just compensation.
Jordan strives to give injured victims a voice and provide strong advocacy against an often broken system. Jordan graduated with his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 2004 and obtained his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 2007.
He brings over 10 years of experience to his clients and remains devoted to their needs.

Ava Standard
Associate Attorney
Ava was inspired to be a lawyer while serving jury duty in 2016. Ava left the field of Molecular Biology in 2017 and went on to attend John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Ana graduated in 2019 and passed the bar exam that very same year.
Ava joined The Jewkes Firm in 2019. Knowing Jordan from childhood, Ava understood that she and Jordan shared the same passion for helping people who have found themselves in difficult situations.
Given her background in molecular biology, Ana provides DNA expert services for felony cases throughout the state of Georgia. She continues to serve as a trusted resource within the legal community for DNA forensics.

Terrence Malloy
Attorney
Attorney Terence P. Malloy joined the Jewkes firm in July 2020. With 25 years of legal experience, Attorney Malloy has practiced civil and criminal law in Georgia as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.
Attorney Malloy is an adjunct college professor teaching the Legal Environment in Business at Clayton State University. He has taught a myriad of courses from constitutional law, prison law and criminal justice in addition to business law since he first began teaching in 2007.
Outside of the courtroom, Attorney Malloy is married and lives with his wife in Sharpsburg, Georgia. He enjoys officiating baseball, softball and football for Georgia high schools (GHSA) and U.S. Specialty Sports Association (USSSA). As a combat veteran, he is also a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

Harry J. Charles
Attorney
Harry J. Charles has been a litigator in Georgia for over 27 years, successfully trying hundreds of cases in both civil and criminal actions, as well as on the appellate level.
He is married and lives in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Stephanie Powell
Case Manager - Paralegal
Stephanie Powell is a case manager for The Jewkes Firm, LLC and enjoys helping people connect with an attorney who can provide the right help in their time of need.
Stephanie started out with no experience in the legal field but has enjoyed working as a case manager for 5 years. She found a passion in this field and has continued to push google herself to learn and do more as she goes.
Outside of work, Stephanie is big on spending time with her family and taking the most out of life.

Fernanda Batteau
Legal Assistant
Fernanda Batteau has served in various roles in the Personal Injury field, and enjoys helping clients connect with an attorney who can provide the right help in their time of need.
Before moving to Georgia, she worked at firms in Florida specializing in bankruptcy, family and immigration law.
Originally from Brazil, Fernanda is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and lived in the Caribbean for several years. Before finding her passion in the legal field, Fernanda worked in the travel industry, serving as a flight attendant and cruise ship crew member.

Diane Strube
Legal Assistant
Diane brings years of experience working as a legal assistant for a large insurance defense firm to The Jewkes Firm LLC. Her knowledge and expertise benefit our clients as she can help them understand the legal process and answer their questions.
Diane puts a strong emphasis on the fact that clients are real people and are not numbers on a statistical spreadsheet. Her ability to relate to their situation and understand their needs is what makes Diane a great asset to our legal team.
Diane received her undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College where she focused her studies on English and refined her skills as a proofreader, medical and legal transcriber, and litigation support.

Pam Kupfner
Paralegal
Pam joined The Jewkes Firm in 2017, bringing with her over 35 years of multi-disciplinary administrative experience within a broad range of industries; including legal, health care, natural resources, manufacturing & real estate. Currently, she is responsible for obtaining client medical records for the firm. In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Her dream is to one day travel the world, but until that time, she is content with the wonderful places she has been and will look forward to what tomorrow brings. As for hobbies, Pam enjoys reading, sightseeing, museums, and is a history enthusiast.

Chasity Porter
Court Administrator – Legal Assistant
Chasity Porter serves as The Court Administrator and Legal Assistant for The Jewkes Firm, LLC Griffin Office. She enjoys connecting the clients with defense attorneys, who provide excellent defense to their cases. She understands the importance of case preparation and approaches each case with determination to achieve a victory.

Dani Jackson
Eva Danielle “Dani” Jackson joined The Jewkes Firm in 2020 after graduating Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology. During her senior year, she completed her internship at the Fayette County District Attorney’s Office. While completing her internship, she realized her passion of working in law.

Paige Hill
Born and raised in Griffin, Ga, Paige graduated from Griffin High School in 2008, has 2 daughters and has been married for 9 years. Paige came to the firm with no previous experience in the legal field but has quickly adapted to all legal proceedings. Per her co-workers and clients, Paige’s caring demeanor and ability to adapt quickly has been a wonderful addition to our staff.
